2023 Gewürztraminer and Graciano
Whole cluster Gewürztraminer with Graciano direct pressed over the clusters. Spontaneously fermented together for 11 days prior to pressing into neutral oak, where it rested for 16 months. Refermented in bottle for conditioning with a single disgorgement.
No finings, no filtering and no added sulfites.
