2023 Pinot Noir & Tannat
Pinot Noir and Tannat of the Columbia Gorge. Foot treaded and co-fermented together for 15 days prior to pressing into neutral oak. Rested on lees for 18 months. Refermented in bottle for conditioning with a single disgorgement.
No finings, no filtering and no added sulfites.
